Last week there were interesting stories about air quality from around the world. On the news everywhere, there were images of the pollution in Beijing and then, from an acquaintance in New Delhi, pictures of the pollution in that city as well. Both images show no horizon & no sky , just a dark haze and how could that be anything but horrific for the people who live there.
During the same week, the sky around here in the Adelaide Hills displayed a kaleidoscope of colour. Stunning blue skies, fiery orange sunsets, lightning flashes & clear skies with twinkling stars and even the satellites that pass overhead were visible.
How fortunate are people to live in this part of the world.
